Therapies

Our Approach to Treatment

Treatment supports the body, mind, and spirit, helping cultivate a deeper awareness of the self. Through this process we begin to access what is often called the “observer state”—a place of inner awareness where we can listen more clearly to the body’s signals, develop self-understanding, and reconnect with our innate wisdom for self-care and healing.

During a hands-on appointment, we will discuss your health history, emotional wellbeing, and any areas of life where you would like support. Each session is individualized and may involve a combination of therapeutic approaches designed to best support your overall wellness.

In many cases, a series of treatments is recommended. Regular sessions help remind the body and mind how to return to a balanced baseline of function, allowing for deeper integration, restoration, and emotional wellbeing over time.

Manual & Bodywork Therapies

Structural Integration

A hands-on approach that works with fascia and posture to improve alignment, movement efficiency, and long-term structural balance. Sessions aim to reduce strain patterns and support ease in the body over time.

Nerve & Arterial Release Techniques

Precise manual techniques designed to free compression around nerves and blood vessels, improving circulation, sensation, and functional movement while reducing pain and restriction.

Tui Na

A traditional Chinese medical bodywork system using rhythmic pressure, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue techniques to promote circulation, regulate qi, and address musculoskeletal and internal imbalances.

Neuromuscular Reeducation

A therapeutic approach that retrains the nervous system and muscles to restore healthy movement patterns, improve coordination, and reduce pain caused by habitual or compensatory patterns.

Zero Balancing

A gentle, meditative bodywork system that uses focused touch at the interface of bone and energy to promote structural alignment, nervous system balance, and deep integration.

Gua Sha Therapy

A scraping technique applied to the skin to promote blood flow, reduce inflammation, and release tight or stagnant tissue. Can support pain relief and immune function.

Marma Therapy

An Ayurvedic practice that works with vital energy points to support organ function, nervous system balance, and overall vitality through gentle touch or pressure.

Abhyanga Massage

A warm herbal oil massage rooted in Ayurveda that nourishes tissues, calms the nervous system, supports the lymphatic system and circulation, and aids in detoxification.

Basti Therapy

A localized herbal oil therapy in which warm herbal oils are held over a specific area of the body to deeply nourish tissues, support joints, and calm the nervous system.
